2	tb	Oil, vegetable
2	tb	Honey
2/3	ts	;salt
1/4	c	Wheat germ
1/4	c	Wheat/oat bran
1/2	c	Flour, whole wheat bread
1/2	c	Wheat flakes
1/2	c	Flour, oat
1/2	c	Oats
2	c	Flour, bread
2 1/2	ts	Yeast

Add to ABM in order listed. Set machine to appropriate cycle and bake.

Note: If you do not have wheat flakes, omit and double either (not both) the oats or the whoel wheat flour.
